Greek Mountain Tea, or Sideritis, is a genus of flowering plants known for their use as herbal medicine as an herbal tea. Greek Mountain tea is known to be anti-inflammatory, a mild painkiller and it has been used as a remedy for colds, aches, allergies, respiratory issues and boosting the immune system.

Mediterranean Mountain steeps up a ruby infusion with a pleasant herbal and floral aroma. At first sip you will be taken to the hills of the Mediterranean with the taste of fresh apple, tart hibiscus and herbaceous mountain tea, mint and sweet Manuka Honey. It is delightful to enjoy hot or iced!

This tea is absolutely gorgeous... literally the array of herbs look so pretty it makes me smile and get a little giddy every time I open the bag. Is it possible to have a crush on a tea? If so, this is it!
