Very nice tea, no tannin aftertaste plus lovely caramel flavor. Difficult to tell if I slept better but I certainly seemed to feel quite tired and sleepy after drinking it and went out pretty quick. Will certainly be having this again.

Love this blend. It has a nice depth from the caramel and coconut without being too sweet. A dash of milk rounds this one off perfectly.
