White Shou Mei Aged 3 Years

White Shoumei is the most popular aged white tea. It is grown at an altitude of approximately 800 meters above sea level in China’s beautiful Northern Fujian Province. After harvesting and drying the mature leaves, the tea is aged for three years to develop the unique properties. There is a traditional proverb in Fujian that goes like this, “It’s a tea when stored for one year, a traditional medicine when stored for three years, and a treasure when stored for seven years”.
