This used to be a great tea, but the last batch I got was clearly different, brownish in color, poor tasting and muddy in appearance. I think there was some problem in the processing, and I wrote to support about it, but they did not offer anything other than a free sample the next time I want to order it. I've been drinking this tea for years, but I won't order again from Tealyra, need to find a new supplier. The Phoenix Eye jasmine pearls is still good, so I recommend buying that one instead.
Excellent quality, it can get a little astringint at 85c but at 80c it's perfect and the jasmine scent stays strong through multiple infusions.
Definitely tastes like authentic Jasmine tea. Will be returning for more.....

This is my go-to everyday green tea. I am a lazy tea drinker who doesn't care for overly bitter green. Also EGCGs / catechins are water soluble at any temperature, heating merely speeds the extractive process (excessive heat destroys them). Sooo I enjoy dropping 4-6 pearls into a room temp 32oz water bottle (this is my hiking blend), it is instantly refreshing and really enhances forest bathing shinrin-yoku, hiking, outdoor activities. The longer they stay in the stronger the tea. And I even chomp some of the tea leaves that come through during a hike. Not a conventional tea ritual at all but immensely satisfying. I can't say enough about the quality of Tealyra.
I compared this tea with Imperial Dragon, Pheonix, and Yin Hao.
(Standard) Dragon tea is more earthy and bitter than impearl but I believe Yin Hao is even more bitter. Dragon and Yin Hao tea is more finicky for the brew time or else it becomes quite bitter. This tea is more lineate with the brew time and range before it goes bitter. Phenix and impearl has different liquors but the flavor is verry similar and are excellent options. Buy one of these 2. If you love Jasmen give this one a try and compare it to Imperial to see which one you like better
1. Impearl Dragon
2. Phenix (close second)
3. Dragon
4. Yin Hao
This is my favorite tea- I drink it all day, and I brew each pot up to 4 times. (For anyone finding it bitter, that’s probably from the leaves scalding, oversteeping, or both.)
My husband and I loved this tea. We'll be buying more of it.
I am a "Newbe" to Fine Quality Tea but my wife is from Yunnan China she is well versed in Chinese tea...I love this Jasmine tea! She was impressed as well, but of course she said "Too Expensive"....LOL
I drink tea every morning and jasmine green tea is my most favorite tea. The jasmine flavor in this tea is just right, not over powering.

Love this tea! Best Jasmine green tea I’ve had. I first ordered it on Amazon. Next time I’ll order from Tealyra

This tea is amazing! Very aromatic and has a slightly sweet taste.
My favourite tea, smells beautiful and has a lovely strong jasmine taste.
I feel very relaxed after drinking.

Honestly, the best Jasmine Tea I have ever tried.
The problem with most jasmine teas is that they taste a bit "artificial" as if you drink a perfume or an aftershave, and if you steep them too much, they become veeeery bitter. Not this one!
The first time I made it (2mins) it tastes very light and it had a faint jasmine aroma. But the second time (3mins) OH MY!!!!! It smells like a flower garden and instead of turning bitter, it is the sweetest jasmine tea I've ever had.
Really delicious and smooth. I've tried many brands and versions of this and this one is by far the best flavor. I think it is better than the Teavana brand which was my original favorite. I have a new favorite tea company...Tealyra!

I love the way the balls unroll and the leaves sink to the bottom in a cup and can be rebrewed at least 3 times ,
I've found myself in a predicament. I love Teavana's jasmine green tea pearls.. Just not the price. I thought I'd just give these a try and see how it goes.... In one word... AMAZING. I can't tell the difference and they're much more cost effective. Thank you Tealyra for feeding my habit :)
Makes a lovely cup of tea. Great aroma and beauteous flavor. These pearls are higher in quality than other brands I've tried - each ball contains the top few baby leaves and part of the shoot. Some other brands are almost all shoot (stem) without any leaves.
I have long been a fan of jasmine tea and have tried numerous "jasmine dragon pearls" brands over the years. Many tend to disappoint with their blandness. This is far and away the most delicately and fully flavored jasmine dragon pearls tea I have yet tasted...and even better, it's organic, so no heavy metals from pesticides in the tea leaves. Highly recommend it.
Sweet, beautiful, strong jasmine flavor.
My favorite jasmine ever, and I'm an old pro. So happy I found Tealyra, thank you.
I've tried a half dozen types of Jasmine pearls in my search for the ultimate Jasmine fix and this is a good one, though I've found stronger in terms of scent and flavor. Buying @ 200g, these pearls are a good value and make a fine tea, I would recommend them as a good value. If you are searching for the pinnacle of Jasmine scent and flavor, there is still room at the top, but you'll likely have to pay much more.

I purchased 100g of the Imperial Jasmine Dragon Pearl in April 2021. While the Jasmine aroma is very strong when pearls are brewed and the leaves loosen up, I cannot see any jasmine blossoms in the mix of the tea leaves. Also, other than the Jasmine scent the tea has a slightly bitter taste. Is this what should have expected from the rather expensive bag of jasmine tea?
I have been drinking Jasmine green tea for over 10 years, this has got to be the worst one yet. Hardly any flavour from the Jasmine, very weak aroma, all in all not the best.
Will have to keep searching.
Have ordered this a few times, very flavourful and smooth. It was great quality and organic. However the last batch I ordered was very poor quality.....the balls unfolded with branches only and no leaves which made the tea complete tasteless. I am stuck with 800g of this batch.
